Accidentally Deleted Chat Tab

Hey there, when you reset your chat, it does reset to the default state which is General Tab, Help Tab, Recruit Tab, Trade Tab and Combat Tab. All other additional tabs are added automatically when you for example join a guild or a party, or are created individually. When you extend the small arrow on the left, you can customize your channels how you see fit.

bug on avalonian fishing rod. please fix

Is freezing time working as intended?

I looked into it and this is actually a bug and will be fixed in the next patch. I also assumed they are just timing it right, but the immunity currently runs out before the stun. Thanks for pointing it out again. Cheers, Retro

Hey there, do you get some kind of error message why it crashed? Generally I recommend going to the support site of Easy Anti Cheat and try some of their solutions as this seems to be a problem on their side, when reinstalling/repairing the game doesn't work.

Due to the community feedback we will add an additional spawn time for the Avalonian Mage Bosses: 4 UTC The bosses will spawn daily with the following schedule: - 0 UTC - 4 UTC - 12 UTC - 20 UTC However since we are so close to the first World Boss spawn we might not be able to have the 4 UTC spawn time for the first spawning. Black hands vs fort sterling

Hey there, @Raghnak Retroman will have a look at that behaviour. As the others in this post have pointed out, that's kinda how it works right now since the second hit gets applied when the target is stunned. Though we'll check if that's how we like it. @Equart I do recall there being an occasional issue with the animation of Splitting Slash. I don't see a fix for that yet though. Maybe someone did work on that animation without updating my bug ticket. >.>

Hey there, sorry that happened to you, but this is not a bug. Be careful who you give access to regarding your chests, islands and buildings. So best is make sure you take those players off of the access list.

This new season, when are territories resetting?

Same as with a regular Guild Season, the territories will drop and become claimable at the beginning of the Standalone Season on November 16. Just to keep you updated: We implemented a change that will reduce the amount of data coming in for processing. This should ensure that we will eventually catch up with the current state. That said it first will get worst until it get's better as we still have a lot of data to process before reaching the point where started to reduce the amount. I cannot say how long this will take since processing rates are hard to predict here.

Black Zone Random Dungeons - Fame/Silver/Item Modifier randomly decreased

Fame and loot modifier are indeed different from each other. Also the loot and silver factor in black zone is 2.75 which in game would show as +175% loot. No changes has been made. Have you been using a map? Those change the factors for loot and fame in a dungeon.

Resource Guardian Respawn Timer | Bugged or Intentional? | NOT ASPECTS

First: The current state is intentional. Mobs have two values: min respawn and max respawn. If a mob is defeated it rolls a value between those two to determine the time when a new mob should be spawned. Those values haven't been changed for Guardians since a long time ago. Hi @Ravenar, So do I understand you correctly that you would prefer to have "130 m" there instead of "130,000,000"? I would argue that this would make the situation worse, see example: 130,450,000 = 130 m 130,000,000 = 130 m The only way to actually read out the real amount would be via a tooltip, which I would clearly argue is worse. The value to determine how much a mob can take before it dies is called Effective Hit Points or short EHP. Since we don't have any automatic mitigation mechanics in Albion (e.g. dodge, parry) EHP can be computed simply by dividing their HP with their damage reduction. So for example a mob with 1000 HP and 60% damage reduction from armor would have 2500 EHP (1000 / (1 - 0.6)). Dev Talk: Solo Randomized Dungeons

The basic mechanic of those randomized dungeons is basically the same as with group randomized dungeons meaning anyone can enter and there is no limit (besides a technical one) to the amount of players inside. The dungeons themselves are shorter (about 10 minutes of playtime) and of course loot is roughly a little less than 1/5th found in group dungeons. Hey everyone, we are making some changes on how we drop what we call fragments (runes, souls and relics). We are making those changes to diminish the rarity differences between level 1, 2 and 3 artifacts. How it is now: Before Oberon you could get fragments of the same tier as the mob or lower from any mob that drops silver. This means that e.g. a tier 5 Keeper could drop tier 4 and 5 fragments. Something broken with Character Builder at albiononline.com

Hi @gmatagmis, I had a look into the issue and was rather suprised it even exists. We have not changed anything on the Character Builder besides providing it with updated data in recent times. That said we noticed a bug in the framework used for it which, in combination with increased usage of the service, caused a critical error in the application. We know how annoying the lag is for you folks. But the issue is caused due to an external service that we have to use. This means no matter how hard we push it, it's not only up to us. We're continuously working on improving the situation but it will take a few days until we have a final solution. We're sorry for all the deaths to players and mobs that were caused by lags. Be careful in the OW and don't use your top gear in HGs if you care to loose it too much.

Hey guys, don't worry. The test server is... just a small, humble test server. There is no CDN and no serious bandwidth. We are surprised and overwhelmed by the "sudden" interest in it. Keyboard glitch after inviting someone

There is a known bug with the invitation ui (e.g. for guild/party). if you type a name and press "Enter" to submit your invitation (instead of clicking "OK") the keyboard gets disabled for people that have window animations disabled in the options. This will be fixed in an upcoming patch. A workaround for now is to click in the chat window, this re-enables the keyboard. I could not reproduce this error with pressing the "OK" button though.

Right now you'll either need to make 4GB room on C: or configure your windows to put the temp folders on D: (you can google how to do this or let a friend help you). We are trying to find a better solution in the very near future.

Apparently your temp folder is still on drive C. If you absolutely cannot free space on C, you need to change the temp folder locations. Do this at your own risk! My recommendation is to free space on C instead and leave your system settings intact. For the local temp folders, edit your system enviroment variables TMP and TEMP. Concerns about acount safety

If I may add one more thing: the way to go is of course two-factor-authentication, since you would have to break into two devices instead of just one. We already have a light version of that - if you log in from a new device, you will have to do an email verification. Account theft is way down since we have introduced this. The only people who still get their accounts stolen are those who use the same password for Albion and their email account (or the email account is otherwise compromised).

If you are afraid of malicious software on your machine (and that is a completely valid concern), you should never save a password in any application. Not in Albion, not in your web browser, not anywhere else. Encryption does not help here, because the game needs to be able to decrypt and send the password on login, so the encryption key needs to be stored somewhere as well and can be stolen in the same way... Hi, The bad news first: I cannot comment on individual disconnects. This does not seem be a general problem; we have multiple machines running Albion 24/7 and almost never see any disconnects. The likely reasons for disconnects are your internet provider (e.g. 24-hour-disconnect), your Wifi (lots of wireless networds in the building = unstable) etc. This may not be a very satifying answer, but - if you get a lot of disconnects, the problem is somewhere on "your" side, it's not our server. Hi everyone, the problem with ultra-wide resolutions is that it gives you a broader field of view. In a competitive game like Albion Online this would give you an unfair advantage. It is essentially like a hardware-camera-hack and that is why we do not support it. The game server will BTW limit the objects you can actually see, so even if you get the game to work on 3 screens you will not actually see mobs or other players on the 2 additional screens. David
